WEON

In June 2023 we hosted WEON2023, the annual conference of the epidemiologist community in the Netherlands. This year’s theme was “embracing uncertainty”, reflecting in various keynotes and masterclasses on strategies to identify and describe uncertainty in our scientific results, and on how to communicate uncertainty in our study results to the scientific community and lay public. About 250 participants enjoyed a wealth of presentations and poster sessions, strengthening the strong epidemiologic network in the Netherlands.
